Keep your computer systems running smoothly
If you are concerned about repair maintanance costs, we offer annual maintenance contracts. Our engineers install, maintain and repair Windows Basec PCs, Printers, Network Connections Etc. We offer two types of Annual Maintenance Contract.
Comprehensive : Comprehensive AMC includes all parts (Here, you are not chargesd seperately for the labour or for the parts replaced).
Comprehensive Terms :
- Contract is non-transferable.
- Contract will be for 12 months.
- Three prenventive maintenance will be provided during contract.
The calls will be attended within 24 hours from lodging complaints.
- Full amount has to be paid in advance at time of contract / renewal.
- The complaints will be attended from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. except Sundays, Bank Holidays, Public Holidays.
- In case the problem is not solved at site the party has to bear the cost of transportation & duties (if applicable).
Non-comprehensive : Non-comprehensive AMC includes repaire and services only with cost of defective to be borne by the customer.
Non-comprehensive Terms :

- Monitor Picture Tube
- Support On Software Application Packages.
- Hard Disk Media
- Printer Head, Ribbons, Cartridges, Knob.
- Any physical breakdowns due to operator's negligence.
- Any failure due to power failure, fire, short-circuits, earth leakage.
- All add-ons Viz. CD/DVD lenses, Sound Cards, Speakers, Fax-Modem Unit, Backup Devices, Lan Cards.
- All kinds of power devices such as Spike Guard, Stabilizers, UPS System CVTs etc.
We also offer Services like :
